This page outlines the terms governing use of the "Angelo Fileccia Real Estate Content Application" ("the App"), an internal tool used by Angelo Fileccia, Real Estate Advisor, to publish content to social media platforms on behalf of the account owner.
The App is used solely by Angelo Fileccia to publish authorized content to his own connected social media accounts. It is not offered to third parties for use against accounts the App owner does not control.
The account owner is responsible for the content posted through the App and for compliance with each connected platform's terms of service, advertising standards, and applicable real estate and consumer-protection regulations including Fair Housing requirements.
The App is provided "as is" with no warranty. Service availability depends on connected platforms' APIs and Google/Meta/LinkedIn/Pinterest infrastructure.
Use of the App and any associated OAuth tokens may be revoked at any time by removing the App from the connected platform's app permissions settings.
